I have spent 25 years building products where failure has real consequences.
That is the foundation of everything I bring to coaching and advisory work.

Why this, and why now?

Most of my career has been spent inside large, complex organizations — running P&Ls, managing global R&D teams, engaging regulators, and building products that financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, and governments depend on. The work was demanding in ways that most product leadership literature does not acknowledge.

I have sat across from FinCEN officials at the US Treasury, negotiating the responsible adoption of AI in financial crime compliance. I have built platforms used by FBI investigators and MI5 analysts to build cases against serious criminals. I have led a two-year FedRAMP High Authorization process, and managed the aftermath of acquiring technology into a live enterprise product under commercial pressure.

I am now taking that experience directly to the leaders and companies who can use it most — product executives navigating regulated environments, and the fintech, regtech, and regulated AI companies that need senior perspective and hard-won judgment without a full-time hire.

Career highlights

General Manager & VP Product Management, Cellebrite (2023–2026) — Led intelligence and investigation product portfolio used by law enforcement and national security agencies globally. Deployed AI achieving 30%–50% investigator efficiency gains. Led FedRAMP High Authorization. Drove 30% revenue growth and 90% client retention through deliberate SDLC discipline.

GM & VP Product Management, NICE Actimize (2018–2023) — Owned the largest P&L in global AML business. Earned Forrester Wave leadership rankings for AI-powered AML across multiple cycles. Deployed software at the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. Hit 150% of sales targets and sustained double-digit revenue growth four consecutive years. Engaged US Treasury FinCEN personally on responsible AI adoption.

Chief Commercial Officer, MyComplianceOffice (2016–2018) — Joined during start up mode with less than 50 employees. Doubled revenue and landed enterprise clients including Vanguard, Fidelity Investments, and LPL.

Director, Global Market Development, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (2009–2016) — Grew GRC revenue from start up acquisition 1500%  in three years. Closed Barclays, RBS, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo.

Held senior management and leadership roles at LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters, driving compliance solutions for global top-tier banks and financial institutions across international markets

How I work

Direct Engagement.

I am direct. I do not dress hard feedback in corporate language, and I do not give generic advice that could apply to any product leader in any industry. Every conversation is grounded in real experience — the kind that comes from managing 100-person global organizations, navigating FCA audits, and making the deliberate decision to freeze a product roadmap for twelve months to resolve technical debt when every commercial signal was telling me to ship.
